Relationship Engagement & Momentum

HopeClose turns relationships into momentum.

Relationship Engagement and Momentum (REM) — a new category of software. HopeClose watches momentum across every relationship and tells your team the next right move, so opportunities keep moving forward and more business closes.

The problem

Your best relationships go quiet without anyone noticing.

Notes live in one place, pledges in another, and the follow-up nobody owned quietly disappears. By the time a relationship feels cold, the moment has passed.

Scattered

Spreadsheets, inboxes, and side conversations hold pieces of the same relationship.

Reactive

Teams answer whoever emailed last instead of who needs attention most.

Invisible

Momentum fades slowly, so nothing triggers an alarm until giving or attendance drops.

Three pillars

Software that guides instead of filing.

Guidance, not reporting

Most relationship tools tell you what already happened. HopeClose reads your context and names the next right move for each relationship.

Initiatives with real gates

Campaigns, launches, and tours move through phases with Decision Gates, so your team knows what has to be true before the next step.

A new category: REM

Relationship Engagement and Momentum. Not a system of record — a system of movement, for any team whose work runs on trust and long relationships.

Momentum, explained

Stalled, Active, Advancing — at a glance.

HopeClose scores each relationship on real signals: last meaningful contact, open commitments, initiative phase, and the promises your team made. When momentum slips, the guidance bar surfaces it before it costs you.

  • Stalled — a relationship needs a human touch this week.
  • Active — conversation is alive and a next step is scheduled.
  • Advancing — commitments are being kept and the initiative is moving.

“I needed one tool that could hold every relationship across every project — and tell me who needed me this week.”

HopeClose started with that problem, across a consultancy, a festival, church outreach, and touring bands. It is now a guidance system built for anyone whose work runs on follow-through.

Questions

The things teams ask first.

I work alone. Is Core really enough?
Yes. Core is the whole working product for one person — unlimited contacts and organizations, your pipeline, touches, notes and history, the insights engine, forecasts, reminders, and Strategy AI suggestions. Most solo operators stay here happily for a long time.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one person on your team with their own login. The people you serve are never counted or billed. Every plan is priced per seat, so you only pay for the people actually doing the work.
What does Teams add over Core?
Teams takes everything in Core and makes it team-wide: shared pipelines, role permissions, team dashboards, forecasts rolled up across seats, shared insights and email intelligence, and handoffs that carry context between people. Teams starts at two seats.
How is Deluxe different from Teams?
Teams is about how your people work together. Deluxe is about depth and expression — advanced analytics, deeper AI insight, deep automation, premium integrations, and the full brand layer with custom skins and themes, your brand kit, a branded portal, and email in your voice.
